"The digital archives of the Centre Iannis Xenakis“ constitute a database, of which the Centre Iannis Xenakis is producer, protected according to the L341-1 et seq articles of the code of intellectual property.
The contents consultable on this website comes from the archival collections of the Centre Iannis Xenakis.
It is forbidden to extract substantial contents from the website "centre-iannis-xenakis.org" by any means whatsoever, including downloading or printing. However, reproductions for strictly private use and of insubstantial contents not intended for collective use may be tolerated as long as the name of the author and the source are mentioned.
All rights are strictly reserved on copyrighted works. Unless specifically authorized in writing, the reproduction as well as any use of works other than for individual and private consultation are prohibited.
The texts, graphic and sound elements, their presentation and their assembly on this website are the exclusive property of the Center Iannis Xenakis and the individual entitled owners of rights. They are protected by laws governing copyright and intellectual property.
This project is part of the movement of Digital Humanities. From this point of view, the archives for which rights holders have not yet been acknowledged may be identified by adding comments to pages of the items in question (crowdsourcing). We highly encourage this input in order to promote participatory science by users and to thus identify authors or entitled rights owners in order to obtain all due authorizations in full transparency.
